Private Cupping Therapy

Benefits of cupping can include increased blood flow to the skin, cellulite, and injured or knotted muscles. Other benefits may include the moving of stagnant lymphatic fluid, overall detoxification, reduced headaches (depending on origin), reduced back and neck pain, improvement in autoimmune symptoms, reduced anxiety, and reduced blood pressure.

Please note that this is not meant to replace medical attention, treatments, or medications, and we never suggest changing or stopping prescribed medications without consulting with your physician.

Appointments are to be secured online, and are 30 minutes each as we prep your skin, cup your back, shoulders, and traps then remove cups, allowing you time to dress and re-enter your day.

Join Dan on Monday evenings at 6pm for a dynamic, yet accessible, Vinyasa based offering. Bringing breath and movement to the forefront, you can expect a class that builds you into a clear mind, strong body, and healthy tissues & joints. This class will balance your nervous system and regulate that energy you may not even know you’re in excess of.

All levels are welcome and encouraged. Please expect an active and moderately challenging practice. This class is not heated.

Studio Yin

(Class Will Not Meet 2/3)

This is a traditional Yin Yoga free of all the trendy (dangerous) additions. We are holding this class on Mondays at 6am thru Dec 19. This is a 75 minute class. We would love to have you join us!

Class is Currently Paused

Beginning February 8, 2024! Join us inside our studio for some gentle flow yoga, and some much needed time with your tribe. No tribe?? Find one here! Our yoga family is kind, playful, and always so welcoming. Note: This is a very basic, beginner friendly class.

Please Sign Up in Advance so we are able to plan well for refreshments.

Vinyasa Flow

Ease onto your mat, and enjoy a challenging but completely achievable practice. Our room is 72-73 degrees in the evenings, but you might still want your towel. We meet you where you are, and that might be different from class to class. Modifications are always welcome, breaks ok, and playfulness encouraged. All levels are welcome!

5:30pm

Sweaty Soul

This class is not currently on the schedule. Tuesdays at 5:30pm will now be Vinyasa Flow until the heat of summer subsides.

Bring your towel, water with a secured lid, and a sense of adventure! This class is heated to about 90 degrees and  humidity is applied! Perfect after work practice, as we offer this Tuesdays 5:30-6:30pm, leaving time for a shower and a protein rich dinner (please don’t eat anything heavy an hour before this class). All levels welcomed! Drop in or pre register at the link below for some accountability.

iRest & Traditional Yoga Nidra

Whether you want to try both techniques, or have a favorite, we offer our guided meditations monthly. Please check back with us or follow us on facebook to keep up with the offerings. These fill up VERY quickly so its important to keep checking back so you secure your spot!
