Join Dan on Monday evenings at 6pm for a dynamic, yet accessible, Vinyasa based offering. Bringing breath and movement to the forefront, you can expect a class that builds you into a clear mind, strong body, and healthy tissues & joints. This class will balance your nervous system and regulate that energy you may not even know you’re in excess of.
All levels are welcome and encouraged. Please expect an active and moderately challenging practice. This class is not heated.

This is a traditional Yin Yoga free of all the trendy (dangerous) additions. We are holding this class on Mondays at 6am thru Dec 19. This is a 75 minute class. We would love to have you join us!
Ease onto your mat, and enjoy a challenging but completely achievable practice. Our room is 72-73 degrees in the evenings, but you might still want your towel. We meet you where you are, and that might be different from class to class. Modifications are always welcome, breaks ok, and playfulness encouraged. All levels are welcome!
